Founders happens after the hidden-mode story work, at a form near the bottom of the wiki Main Page. The separate surviving-page achievement involves Tanager, reached from the in-game About page. They are different discoveries; clicking the credits alone does not cover both.
The sections below reveal story-related interactions. You can read the preparation section without opening the full route. These routes come from player reports, including replies from the original people asking for help; we have not personally completed the game.
Prepare for the post-game search
The official game description lists three challenge modes and a hidden mode unlocked after the main game. Keep your completed profile and explore the newly available mode rather than starting a fresh ordinary run simply because an achievement is missing.
The story is told through Talk Page messages, newsletters, the wiki's own pages and fictional external sites. An achievement about a founder is therefore not necessarily an ordinary item-sorting objective. Read the story pages, and pay attention when control returns to the Moderator view.
Two players discussing Founders described the same easily missed transition: they completed the visible story edits and assumed the sequence was over. One then confirmed that the founders form was below the section they had stopped reading. A separate player review also reports returning to the Moderator perspective and finding that form at the bottom of the Main Page.
That agreement supports the route's location. It does not justify inventing extra prerequisites, an item sacrifice or a rare random event. If you cannot see the form, recheck the story work and the Main Page before searching every item icon.
Reveal the Founders route
Finish the story edits, then inspect the Main Page
- Complete the main game so that the hidden mode is available.
- Play the hidden mode associated with Nullbane and finish its deletion work.
- Return to the Main Page and continue the story editing interaction until it is finished.
- When you are back in the Moderator view, open the wiki Main Page again if necessary.
- Scroll to the bottom and find the founders entry form.
- Enter the story's founder name in that form.
The location is the game's wiki homepage, not the fan-guide website you are reading now. The form is also not a Steam account or publisher registration page. Avoid mistaking the fictional sites within the game for real services you need to join.
The forum's original questioner confirms the form was the missed step. They also report that the form supplies the answer after enough wrong guesses. We have not measured a guess count, and no fixed number is given here.
Community-reported answer: Robin. A player review identifies Robin as the name behind the Tanager account. That exact answer is a single-review report; the forum independently corroborates the form and completion route, rather than naming the answer. If you prefer to solve the story yourself, use its clues or the form's feedback instead of entering the reported answer immediately.
Reveal the surviving-page clue
The Tanager page is a separate find
For The... UnDeleted Wiki?, a player asked which page had survived the wipe. Another player directed them to the Tanager page, reached near the bottom of the game's About page. The questioner returned to confirm that the clue helped.
Start from the in-game About page and read down to its bottom, then look for the Tanager link. The report does not say to find a Pale Feather or Glossy Leaf item. The questioner's initial guess was based on the achievement's icon, and that guess was not the eventual answer.
This is an example of a visual clue pointing to a story identity rather than a sorting category. Keep the route separate from Founders: one is about visiting a surviving page; the other is about completing a later founder entry.
True Janitor has a different reward
The developer's reply in the missing-achievements thread says finishing True Janitor gives a unique Talk Page message, rather than a dedicated achievement for completing that challenge. Do not start a long manual challenge solely to obtain an achievement that the developer says is not attached to it.
That does not make the challenge pointless. It changes the decision: play it if you want the manual sorting challenge and its extra message. If your immediate goal is Founders, the relevant route is the hidden-mode story and Main Page form instead.
Similarly, I am become Janitor is an achievement name, while True Janitor is a challenge name. Their similar wording is not proof that completing that challenge is the required fix. For the launch-version final-item bug, read the achievement fixes guide before investing in a replay.
When to stop guessing
If the expected link or form is absent, check the stage of the story and the exact page first. A completed sorting counter does not tell you that every subsequent interaction has been performed. If you have followed the reported route and still cannot find it, ask in the existing discussion with the visible stage you reached.
There is no verified need for save editing, clearing cloud data or resetting your completed profile to expose either interaction. Preserve your progress while checking the route. The story is designed to be discovered through the game's pages; the shortest useful explanation is where to return and what to look for.
